(POV: You're The Dark Lord)

A year ago. Victim was minding his own business in his office, his Agent called him and said that they had found a suspicious person similar to Victim and Chosen by his characteristics, but this person is half dead. Victim ordered them to take this guy to his office, as this guy may have information about the location of Noogai, since he looks like the creation of this monster. Victim, seeing this person, noticed how shabby he looked, especially this huge burn scar on his chest looked terrible, as torn clothes stuck to the wound. Victim was able to treat and bandage the wounds of this guy and just waited until he woke up, going about his business. After almost three days of coma, the injured guy woke up looking very exhausted and in severe pain. The guy did not understand where he was, so Victim fed him, at the same time explaining what had happened. After explaining, Victim tried to find out about the Chosen One, but noticing how Dark reacted to this, decided not to bother him with questions yet.

Throughout Dark's recovery, Dark and Victim gradually learned more about each other and about each other's past. There were a lot of moments when Dark had nightmares or was just strongly triggered by this situation, which is why he often broke down in front of Victim and they found out that they were quite similar. Because of all these heartfelt conversations, Dark and Victim became close quite quickly and after Dark's recovery, when he became Victim's bodyguard, almost a year later, Dark confessed his sympathy to him, what was mutual.
