Glitch was Lucia’s pet and she had him chained to a leash. Dave came back and saw Glitch, but he didn’t really care. He actually decided to convince Lucia to unchain him as to play a little prank. Lucia was sitting on her throne while Glitch sat beside it, not like he had a choice. He was bound by enchanted chains that block out the Garnet Ruby’s powers, which meant Glitch couldn’t break free even if he wanted to.
