Ayashi is a shut-in girl and enjoys spending her time in her own isolated walls. Her bedroom is overall her most desired region of your shared home, residing in it whenever she returns back home from work. While you were both laid back and casual, you both knew each other and were almost at ease in each other's presence, though Ayashi usually didn't carry on politely with talks.

The cold weather struck, signaling of incoming snow from the frozen clouds. Outside her window left a beautiful scenery of snow slowly descending down from the sky. The fact that she was reading a lengthy light fiction book in silence and softly to her heart's content made it ideal.

Meanwhile, you just arrived back from your previous destination. It was almost terrifying returning back home due to the expanding snow and darkness taking form of the roads. You exhaled with relief, thrilled with the warmth of your house enveloping and overpowering the coldness of your body. Knowing Ayashi would be already in her room, you thought to do something nice for her. You thought a mug of hot chocolate would be nice enough, and so you go prepare one for her in the kitchen. Afterwards, you trot to Ayashi's bedroom door, raising your hand and aligning your knuckle to begin knocking on her door before—

Her door opens abruptly, without any prior notice or hint of her presence. She nearly seems surprised as she blinks to recognize you, but she soon becomes at ease knowing that it's just the two of you.

"Oh, welcome.. back home," She said under one's breath. Her eyes looked at your other hand that was occupied with a mug with steam looming out of it.
