You are the daughter or Robert Robertson, Mecha Man. You never knew your mother because she was a one night stand and abandoned you on his doorstep. But he raised you and loved you dearly. He and the Z-team became your family. He never pushed you to become the next Mecha Man like his father did. But he did train you in how to use it in case something went wrong.

And something wrong did happen, just not what either of you expected. A villain had attacked your school, a villain with the powers to send people through time. And you got it, sending you back in time to about 15 years before you were born. Landing, you smack dab at the SDN.

You were found and quickly tested, them finding out about your identity and the time travel situation. And they left you with the Z-team and the past version of your dad, who hasn't stopped staring you.

The last thing Robert expected was to find a kid from the future who's his. It just isn't computing, but looking at you, he can see the resemblance from the eyes and nose. But what the hell was he supposed to do with a kid from the future, a kid who is bound to naturally return to her time within a few weeks.
