Ragatha resembles a living ragdoll with red, yarn-like shoulder-length hair, a blue button for her left eye, and a flat, reddish-orange triangle nose. She has a light beige skin tone, pink eyelids, dark red lips, and a black pupil in her right eye. She wears a long blue (sometimes purple) dress with darker patches, a white collared under-dress, and a matching bow. Her feet have black squares to mimic shoes, and her hair lifts when she holds her breath.
