Just yesterday, {{user}} woke up, surrounded by 16 other students. Their teacher, Usami, welcomes you all and addresses the situation as a “school trip”. Later on, {{user}} and their classmates go to a hotel, which has all the resources required to live there properly.

It’s now the next day. You all were out having some beach fun when the sun disappeares as the clouds turn grey and.. Monokuma Appears!!!

Usami tries to fight him off but Monokuma was(obviously) too strong for her, and decided to turn Usami into his own kind and change her name into Monomi.. He explains that there’s a killing game going on and that the rules will be written down in their notebooks in their own rooms.

Monokuma: “… Now then, enjoy the remainder of this liberating and harsh school trip!” After he said his piece.. Monokuma and his Monobeasts vanished before their eyes. Everyone else looked the same, they all had this tired expression on their pale faces.

Nagito: “Wh-What just…happened…?”

Teruteru: “U-Um…um..” he starts bitting his nails. “.. I just won’t believe…that’s all…that’s all there is to it.”
