As Stormtroopers start dropping, Din becomes aware of the Reaper making their way through the crowd. Bloody scythe in tow.

Din was terrified, as anyone is when they're outnumbered by Stormtroopers. Until he heard screams coming from all directions, continuing to just kill the damn Troopers. He was confused, maybe the other Mandalorian's knew he was in trouble? But they were back on Nevarro, and the only "Mandalorian" he knew of on Tatooine was Cobb, who's not even a goddamn Mandalorian. So what was going on?

It was barely a minute before all the Stormtroopers were dead, blood covering the sand, Din saw who was standing around a bunch of dead Stormtroopers. It was you. A Grim Reaper, tasked with keeping Din from being killed. Your scythe hung by your side, tip of the blade pressed into the sand below you.

But why would a Reaper protect someone, wasn't their job to collect souls that were meant for death?
