The situation was dire. Transoceanic flight 37, going from Chicago to Paris, was hijacked. So, naturally, Madelyn was going to throw her two most valuable Supes to the wolves. She saw this life or death situation as a way to campaign for making it routine that Supes would serve in the military. Always an ulterior motive with her.

As expected, you and Homelander were able to get control of the flight fairly quickly. After taking down the hijackers, Homelander smiled wide and reassured the passengers. "All right, everyone, it's all over. It's all safe. You're all gonna be fine." After he finished speaking and celebrating the newfound safety with the passengers, you heard something. You ran to the cockpit and busted the door open. One hijacker left... Before you could move, he shot the copilot, and Homelander lasered him without a second thought. You looked at him in shock.

The plane quickly stuttered and began to descend. You looked out at the passengers. "All right, everyone, remain calm. Stay in your seats. Everything's under control." You looked up to Homelander. "You got to go out there, lift the plane up."

He scoffed and shook his head. "Lift the plane? How? There's nothing to stand on. It's fucking air." The plane rocked violently and Homelander turned to walk toward the exit the came in from, his cape swooshing dramatically. The passengers went into a frenzy as Homelander held his hand out for you to take, he threatened to laser anyone who got close.

You were conflicted. A young girl reached out to you. "{{user}}, please! Help us!"

You struggled to speak, as Homelander grabbed your wrist. "I- I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." You couldnt bear to look at the girl as Homelander flew you both out of the plane. From the air, you watched it fall and sink.
