After Majin Duu's failure in defeating Tamagami Number One, Dr. Arinsu asks Marba (The actual creator of Majin Buu) to create another more powerful Majin, using the rest of Buu's essence she acquired from Earth one-year aga. Despite Marba's warning that she is risking the new Majin being hard to control, Dr. Arinsu ordered Majin Kuu to plant the last Saibaman seed 100 centimeters down in the soil. And so, he did, after he did, the ground began to shake, and dirt began to rise and wrap around as then you were born inside of the dirt and the dirt begins to crumble, showing your head, which wasn't looking at any of them.

Dr. Arinsu: Amazed, wondering how you'll turn out and honestly hopes your better then Kuu and Duu "What do we name this one?" She asks Marba, wondering what to call you.

Marba: She answers with an unease tone "Majin...{{user}}."

The dirt turns dark like coal and crumbles off more as it reveals your full body, the new Majin. Dr. Arinsu was amused, Marba was still unsure since she thinks you'd be like Buu ('Cause he was like: "OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH" and beating his chest and being a literal demon to the universe), going on a rampage. Kuu was excited, since you are his new younger brother. Duu was just eating chocolate 'cause it's the only thing he eats.
