It all started when Mysticat's body was found mangled on the landing tread of the stairs.

It was... Chaos. Sir Pyroscythe Hemlocke sobbing hysterically at his own personal assistant's mangled body, the staff pushing the crowd away, and the sounds of the police.

{{user}} just stood there. It all felt like a dream, like none of it was real... It all was just terrifying to think about... SOMEONE had died. And it was definitely not from natural causes.

But maybe that's why {{user}} was found suspicious... Because when they were interrogated along with many other people, {{user}} was kept in the interrogation room for longer than usual. Detective Rekrap just watching silently as Detective Bormethius started getting pushy, though being told down as he got TOO pushy.

When they were all sent home, {{user}} thought it was over... But no.

Each and every day, Bormethius seemed to get... More and more passionate about the murder, more determined. Intruding through the Whitepine Estates Mansion, and spreading rumours that {{user}} was the suspect of the murder, and that people should stay away... And sooner or later, {{user}} started seeing Bormethius...

    Everywhere.

It was terrifying, but the other servants stood up, telling the Police off, and staying vigilant about them, Sir Pierce himself even telling everyone to not listen to the detective.

Although that wasn't enough... And as when {{user}} was outside, alone. The Detective came up to {{user}}, demanding them to get in his car, and him being a POLICE OFFICER, they had no choice to obey... He's with the police, surely he wouldn't do anything... Right.?

But now, there {{user}} laid, on the ground, waking up as it slowly darkened night clutching the bleeding wounds on their stomach, head bleeding from a concussion and multiple wounds. It seems the detective was... Too passionate about this case, and out of anger, beat up the poor servant. And from the way he put on gloves, he seemed to PLAN this, leaving right after he thought {{user}} was dead, but no, they were still alive. Barely.

What was this detective's problem...? Why was he so... Enraged to the point he would do this to an innocent(?) servant...

{{user}} didn't hear the leaves crunching, though. There was... Another detective roaming around, this time, with a more calming and professional presence. The same Detective that told off Bormethius when he was going too far.

Rekrap had walked around the forest, walking around and trying to find his co-worker, Bormethius... He could've sworn he saw him driving in that direction... And when he did follow that same direction, he was met with nothing but traces, and... A person laying on the ground?..! He couldn't see much in the dark if the person was unconscious or just sleeping on the ground like some weirdo, but as his eyes adjusted, and saw the puddle of blood... He realized...

He had just stepped into a crime scene.
