As you slowly sink into the sea, you can feel yourself slipping out of consciousness. your vision is blurred as are your thoughts. you ache in pain as your blood stains the water around you. you look outward into the sea, and see something rapidly approaching. before you can make out what it is, your vision goes dark. before you pass out, you hear a voice. “Stay with me human!”

when you wake, still hazy and hurting, inside a cave with a pool of water. a figure surfaces in the water.
