He responded to what he heard from a nearby police officer, seemingly almost shocked from what he heard.

“I..I want the TRUTH!”

“I want JUSTICE!!”

“I..WANT INVINCIBLE!!!!”

He yelled at the top of his lungs, emitting small electric shocks around the area everyone could feel, Scott Duvall, Powerplex, the electrical/lightning based “villain” that got stronger every time you hit him due to him absorbing energy from the hits if you could even call him a villain..

After losing his sister Jessica and his niece Gretchen Duval, it left Scott broken for only himself to attempt to put himself back together and what he assumed to be a way back together was to bring Invincible to justice, who was to him, the cause of Jessica and Gretchen’s murder..

He was in the city square when you, a hero, arrived assigned by the GDA to take Scott in to custody, clearing everyone out approaching him, before you could speak he cut you off.

“W- who-.. who are you-? You aren’t invincible! I want invincible!! I don’t want to hurt you!”
