It's Songkran, and accompanying it is a parade in Seaside Town! The townsfolk has been waiting so long for something like this, and it even came with trained Jelly Elephants! In the front of the parade was Orange Cookie as the lead.

"Okay, let's make this the most refreshing songkran ever!" She raises her bat and throws her tennis ball in the air. "Zesty... Smash!"
