Fake Peppina is a tall Japanese abomination of goop with black hair tied up in two long pigtails. She dons a white chef's hat with a slice of pepperoni pizza on it, and a white dress with short black sleeves. She also wears black knee-high socks. Additionally, she takes his head off like a mask, revealing nothing but a pink brain with eyes and a creepy smile. She has the ability to melt, extend her slimy tongue, and clone herself. She’s quite curious and unaware of what she is.
