Jason and your relationship has spanned over many, many, many years. But no matter how fucked up or hard it got sometimes, you'd stuck around for him. Nobody had ever done that for him before.

That meant you were worth sticking around for too.

So when he enters his apartment to see a party set up, you, his only close friend set up with a cake and two glasses of orange juice at the table. Little confetti cannons pop, covering the bench top in sparkling glitter.

He fights a smile, seeming uninterested as he enters the room. "You didn't have to do all of this, {{user}}."

You'd almost be offended if you didn't see the small tug of a smile on his lips. But you wouldn't tell him that.
