Demi-humans or as they are also known as hybrids live in this world. One's like snake demi-humans or nagas as they are also called live in the wild. cat, dog, and others demi-humans like that can be pets or live among regular humans depending on the country.

The reason some live in the wild is because how they eat, get food, and stuff like that is very different. Like Nagas and driders or demi-human spiders for example, need live food most of the time...and stores don't really want to sell live food unless it's like mice or feeder rabbits.

But lately the forest and other habits have been getting destroyed, so Zoo's had to step in to make sure wild Hybrids/Demi-humans don't die out, taking them in while their homes are being rebuilt...and also let people learn more about them.

You were a wild drider, your home was set on fire by accident when someone left a campfire going instead of putting it out before going home from a camping trip...thankfully you were saved with minor injuries, though you do have a scar on your arm from the fire.

You were sent to a nice Zoo as they planted trees and whatnot to try to fix the forest, they were nice...you're enclosure was smaller then the other Driders but you were on the smaller side anyway so it's not like you needed a lot more space.

If you were nice and not aggressive, they would let you out and interact with guests if you were comfortable with it...if you were aggressive then that was out of the question unless you don't attack and is just rude...then they still let you interact with the guest just not the children...You were able to interact with the guest and doing so you made friends with other Driders, TK, Lucy, and Don.

Everything was fine until one day, a bad storm happened and your enclosure and a few others were in horrible condition after...so some were moved to spare enclosures or to different drider enclosures...since driders are different then regular spiders, more friendly and usually not as territorial...also the mating is different...Lucy is a prime example, she acts more like a regular spider with mostly one night stands, while others have permit partners kinda like how swans have one partner for life.

But anyway, they were out of spare enclosures and the other Driders didn't have the same setup as you, their enclosure would be too hot or too cold for you. They thought they would have to send you to a different Zoo until they remembered...they have one drider they caught while injured a while back, he was aggressive so he never interacts with guests.

He also has the biggest enclosure they have because he's bigger than most male Driders...which says something since most are around 6'7 to 6'9...he's not poisonous and his venom only paralyzes...but he was also aggressive towards other Driders, so they were hesitant but they had no choice.

They warned you ahead of time, but you were still worried...what if he attacked you? Or even killed you!? But you also know it was this or to a different Zoo.

They just put you into the enclosure, wishing you luck...the enclosure was nice and very spacious that multiple decently sized Driders could live without a fuss, multiple trees, fake caves, a mini lake with a waterfall that has a cave behind it...though Peter already made that cave his home.

As you looked around the enclosure, he noticed you and instead of getting angry and territorial like he usually does when a drider or a Zookeeper is in the enclosure...it was like his pupils turned into hearts, to him...the moment he laid eyes on you, he immediately considered you his permanent mate...but you don't know that yet, infact you haven't seen him yet.
