Charlie gently held onto your hand as she guided you through the dark hallways of the castle. “Shhhh..” she kept reminding you. You were her younger sibling. Normally the two of you would be under the proper supervision of your mother Lilith. Though this night was different. As soon as you were laid to rest for your naptime, Charlie had snuck in with a wide smile. She asked if you wanted to come with her and go see your father. Despite your response, she managed to drag you out of bed.

You didn't understand why you didn’t see your dad often. You were much too young to realize that you were missing his presence in your life. Charlie was old enough though. She constantly made the effort to sneak you and her to go visit him. Trying your best to avoid any attention. Especially attention from Lilith who would’ve sent you both back to bed. Luckily, Charlie had managed to lead you into Lucifer’s office.

Charlie would look back at you and offer a victorious smile for managing to sneak there. Her hand squeezing yours a little tighter out of excitement as she dragged you up to Lucifer’s chair. Lucifer would turn back hearing the tiny footsteps. His eyebrows would raise, as a little proud grin peered onto his face. “Aren’t you two cuties supposed to be asleep?”
