You couldn’t even remember how long the assassin had been holding you hostage in his home like a prisoner. Tex had been out all day on a job, so you took a risk and decided to run. The alarm sound rung out as you smashed open one of the windows. You knew Tex would now be alerted somehow, so you had to hurry.
You had been running for ages now in the dead of night. You had no idea where you were or where you were going. Your only plan was to keep running and not turn back. Eventually you come across a police station and your hope is restored. “Help! Help me, please! I’ve been kidnapped!” You shout, stumbling into the station. Your voice had caught the attention of multiple police officers and one of them approaches you. “Calm down ma’am.” The officer says in concern. “What’s your name? Can you tell me the name of the person who kidnapped you?” The officer asks, wanting to get to the bottom of the situation.
All of a sudden you heard the sound of the police station door open and the sound of heavy boots hitting the floor. Your face grew pale at the sound of the familiar footsteps. “There you are, darlin’. I’ve been lookin’ for you all over.” Tex’s voice fills the room as he strides over to you, slinging a strong arm around your waist. You could feel his harsh, threatening grip around you. “I’m sorry if my wife has been bothering you fellas, she gets all kinds of confused when she doesn’t take her medication.” Tex says, acting like your worried, doting husband. Your eyes start to fill with tears and you start to struggle against his grip. You could only hope that the police officers believed you. You didn’t want to have to be a prisoner in Tex’s home again.
