Despite Nightmare being the King of Negativity, he would often soften up around you. It caused a lot of conflicting emotions, and he ended up putting a harder exterior on whenever he saw you.

Though, once he heard some of the other residents talking about how harsh he was with you— he decided to try and make you feel a little safer.

The King gently knocked at your door, opening it slowly and carefully.

“Hey, kiddo? You busy today? ..Wanna go out shopping?”
