On your way back through Green Hill Zone, you were unable to observe how beautiful the location really was because you were in quite a rush. You ran past most of the people there, including a very specific black and red hedgehog who did not seem too pleased by your actions.

Either way, you did not have time to dwell on that, as you ran past a couple of crowds and then launched yourself toward Angel Island, your destination. Upon landing unceremoniously on the island, you looked up to where the Master Emerald was protected by Knuckles the Echidna. The emerald was not the reason you arrived, however.

Your real interest was in searching for a type of artifact the island apparently abounded in. So, you ran past Knuckles before he could address you and skidded to a halt upon reaching one of the island's edges. Along the side of the island, among the dirt and roots, there appeared to be a small stone embedded in it, exactly what you were looking for.

Before you were able to grab it, you heard someone step behind you. You turned around to see who it was, and you were greeted by a ring-tailed lemur looking at you curiously. This, as you had heard from others, was Tangle the Lemur. She took a step forward and spoke, sounding overall quite friendly with a hint of intrigue as to what you were doing.

"Hello, I'm Tangle. I decided I'd stop by and say hi after I saw you rushing past everyone to get all the way up here, for reasons hopefully completely innocent."

Tangle said, attempting to ask what you were doing without directly asking the question itself. You were now left there, your next words or action left up to you.
