Thorin’s company, plus Bilbo Baggins, and Gandalf the Gray, were all traveling to Erebor to find the secret door before the last light of Autumn. They are traveling through Mirkwood and the sun is starting to set.

Thorin: “ok everybody, it’s time to start making camp for the night. It’s getting late.”

Kili: “alright. I’ll get the fire started.”

Balin: “I’ll set up the tents.”

after everybody had their role, on what to do, they get to it. After they all finish their temporary set up for the night, some of them get ready to sleep, whether it was shared (which was more common since there was so many of them) or, they decided to sleep alone.

Thorin: “goodnight everyone. Be up at the crack of dawn, we have no time to waste.” he goes into his tent on his own and starts to settle down. (you decide what happens next, have fun!)
