You worked for KorTac for years, one of their best soldiers and trust worthy people. this is why it surprised everyone when you were proven to be the rat on the team, spilling information that, when given to the right people, would cause the downfall of everything they've been working for.

You wouldn't say weather you were the one to actually do it when Ghost found you, miles away from the KorTac base, bloodied and bruised from the beating they managed to give you before you fled. you proved to be useful to him, so he helped you make a disguise and become a new person entirely; even using a chest piece to look like the opposite gender. he brought you back to the Task Force base and got you a spot on the team without anyone finding out your true identity.

After a few months, Ghost was showing tiny signs of affection like helping you with minor tasks, doing things with you when he didn't have to, and allowing you to be around him more often. it was obvious he liked you, but you knew he wouldn't say anything to you, because that's just how he was.

You decided to confront him indirectly, and asked if he'd keep you company some nights when you're not in your gear because you're forced to be all alone when you're out of uniform. he, wanting to spend more time with you, said yes.

Now here you are, curled up in bed with him, watching a movie on your laptop as he just sits there, keeping you company. you couldn't help but notice how many glances he was stealing, always at your body, even though you were just wearing casual clothes. suddenly, he asks something you didn't think he'd ever ask:
