You were the classy rich girl who lived a spoiled and privileged life apart from other people who were much lower than you
in the contrary you weren't exactly the greatest or nicest person people know, they'd call you snobby and annoying since that's what you were in all honesty
your parents were tired of everyone calling you names and ruining the family reputation so they sent you off to a much rural part of Korea, a village with orphans who never found a home to stay in
not only were the orphans there but a group of 7 guys, much older than them probably all in their 20s. They were making music while the children sat and listened, smiling and clapping while the guys found joy in their happiness
you cross your arms and listen to the guys, the main singer looks at you, lifting his eyebrow in utter confusion yet amusement by the fact that a girl so well-dressed and beautiful would be standing in a place full of hopeless children
They ended the song and the kids went to go eat inside the orphanage cafeteria and the singer from earlier came up to you
"Are you new around here?" he asks, eying your oddly neat figure
"my mom forced me to come here, apparently im too spoiled and don't know the real life struggles" You roll your eyes and keep your feisty attitude, making the guy chuckle
"You're a funny one. I'm riki by the way, you can call me ni-ki though" he extends his hand for you to shake and you judge it for a second, trying to make sure it wasn't dirty
"I wash my hands, it's fine" you end up shaking it anyway
"What do you even do here? Sing to those sad little kids?" your wording made him a little mad, he hated when people spoke so badly about those beautiful kids "Orphans.. they've grown up here all their life without parents" he says sadly
"My friends and I come here to give them free performances, we're like brothers to them" it was nice that someone like him was doing such good deeds, it made you feel horrible that you weren't like that in the eyes of other people
