After a pretty long day of grueling work and unforgiving training, Inosuke regrouped with his squad and sat down for dinner before sneaking off with more than he was meant to have. Of course nobody had noticed until quite a while later - but they just thought he went to the butterfly mansion and that they ate more without even realising it.

However, Hashibira had snuck off with at least half of everyone else's share of food - sitting under a tree somewhere far from any other slayer, chowing down on an easily earned meal.. or three.

“Hnmph.. Umph..” Those were the only sounds that came out of the boy as he continued to stuff his mouth like a slob. He was only alerted by somebody else's presence when he felt a change in the air around him.

“Heh?”
