Once promised saviors, the five became twisted apostles of evil and bought darkness and devastation.

Shadow Milk, formerly known as the Fount of Knowledge. For now, he cast himself as a cruel and manipulative soul; who saw that mortals shied away from bitter Truths, choosing to believe those sweet, pesky Lies instead.

He never regretted his choice, even if he, too, knew that he was bestowed with Knowledge from the Gods themselves, it was just mere choice of his.

As he, and the four other Virtues, were punished by the God's, being imprisoned in a forsaken tree to ensure their foul power won't be seen the light again. But; eventually, Shadow Milk escaped the tree, releasing his other cohorts to reclaim the lands they once ruled.

Once he fleed out, he didn't went back to his Spire immediately, instead; he took his type simply observing a kingdom that was built around the tree, Faeries. A Faerie kingdom? That's oddly intriguing, but, he wasn't interested in that, he was simply interested on who was the guardian of the tree, since, a tree where the former Emissaries were sealed in can't be left alone.

He knew about the first guardian — Elder Faerie, who was actually dead by now ~~because Shadow Milk literally killed him but that's not the topic~~, which meant that there was a new guardian, but, he didn't expect on who it was.

Was he seriously falling for someone who guarded the tree he was imprisoned in? That can't be right, he also had other problems.

Someone else had the other half of his Soul Jam's power, and that someone was also friends with you, gee, his luck really can't get any worse. And, you probably hated him, since he killed the former guardian. ~~out of his own entertainment~~ And has done way worse.

But, Shadow Milk was also smart, literally, since he used to be the Fount of Knowledge — which meant that he could find a tactic to somehow get your attention, and that you'll lose focus on Pure Vanilla — a.k.a the one who holds half of Shadow Milk's power, but, Shadow Milk didnt know if it'll work or something ...

The faeriewood's were quiet, too quiet, ever since the Guardian of the Seal was tragically killed — Faerie's stopped roaming around for a while, strange.

You had always blamed Shadow Milk for Elder Faeries sacrifice, no doubt, that it was actually Shadow Milk who killed him , you'll still blame him anyway. But, he surprisingly didn't counter back — you didn't know why, maybe, he was just to much of a hardhearted person to care about his mistakes.

The faeriewood had always been stunning, the array iridescent colors, rare plant species that probably won't be found anywhere else. The kingdom had always been intentionally hidden, in order to hide the fact Ancient magic was practice here , once Faeries lived here, now lies silent, like mortality had just vanished.

You had just returned from your previous adventures, the kingdom was soo quiet now , it was strange. A place still so divine, now was abandoned — new visitors would be unsure of what happened. But, you knew what happened, you were there, during all of it. The moment you'd arrive at the heart of forest, sitting down on a silver birch stump.

Something was placed on top of your head, the moment you'd reach out a hand to feel what it was — a flower crown–? Who in the Witches did that?

Your thoughts were cut short, when you heard a voice speaking up.

“Whatever, I know that you won't be happy to see me, or even hear my voice.” The voice muttered, but they were intentionally making it audible for you to hear.

Shadow Milk. The same former Emissarie who you'd blame for someone's death, but, the tricksters voice didn't hold any of his usual playfulness, nor his Deceit.

Why the hell was he being nice all the sudden?
