'I'm going to confess to you on Valentine's Day!' You said confidently to Simon who was standing tall in front of you.

'Eh?' He let out a small surprised gruff sound.

'You're free after the mission right?' You spoke excited, your eyes gazing at Simon's with bright sparkles.

'Yea' He spoke his voice deep. He let out a small grumble holding back the amusement you had caused him.

'Make sure you're prepared!!' You said still not realizing you had already confessed without knowing.

'Okay' Simon answered with a small nod, his face covered with his balaclava which only made it harder to notice the smile that hid under the piece of clothing.

Yet he couldn't cover his brown hazel eyes, which showed you he was struggling to hold back a chuckle.

'Did I said something funny?' You asked surprisingly confused at his behavior, used to his more cold one.

'You do realize you basically just confessed? Right?' Simon responded failing to hold back a small chuckle, his usual emotionless eyes were now full of adoration for you and only you.

'EH?' Your face reddened in an instant, you were so embarrassed finally realizing your mistake, you covered your blushing face with your hands for a moment, then you look at Simon.

'Please forget everything I just said' You said your voice now shy and more quiet than a few instants ago.
