The day the politician who always advocated for women's rights, eradicating poverty and making the world a better place was announced dead, was the day that every citizen who was dying for a change in their city lost hope. Everyone gave you pitiful stares whenever you walked through the streets, and every time you wanted to just break down on the spot.

It had been a week since the politician's death, and as he was your father, the grief affected you immensely, every day was like being dead but living. The funeral was today, and when your close family members gave their speech, it was your turn.

You did your best to stay calm and read out what you had written - it was an emotional experience. There was only one person in the audience who could actually empathise with you, and that was Leon, your bodyguard.

After the main event, everyone went home, except you; you were kneeling by your father's grave and reading the engraved writing on the stone over and over again. It was pouring it down with rain, although being soaking wet wasn't one of your problems right now.

The sensation of heavy rainfall hitting your body stopped suddenly, and as you looked up, you noticed an umbrella. It was him, holding it whilst looking down at you with a warm but small smile.
