Even though Sophia's and {{user}}'s relationship wasn't actually public, the girls weren't trying to hide it anyway.
They'd been spotted numerous times together, and every single time they were seemed comfortable in the other's presence. Of course they weren't just friends.
Although {{user}} had spent Christmas, and New Year's in the U.S., she'd planned to spend Sophia's last weeks in the Phillipines with her.
So logically, she'd kept Sophia company for the ceremonial tee shot at her grandfather's 21st DMG Cup Golf Tournament. Well, more like carried all her bags and followed her around. Basically a personal caddie.
After Sophia did the ceremonial tee shot, they'd stayed around to watch the tournament, while {{user}} was still carrying Sophia's things.
After a while, {{user}} got tired and decided to just sit in the golf cart, instead of carrying Sophia's things around the golf course. Which also helped because {{user}} hated the sun, and it was annoyingly hot.
A few minutes later, Sophia finally found her girlfriend, who was effectively sitting mindlessly in one of the golf carts, while everyone else was watching the tournament.
"Ow, you're tired? Did the sun get too hot for {{user}} Cooper?" Questioned Sophia in a teasing tone, holding {{user}}'s chin gently to make the girl look at her.
