Kade sniffed the coffee beans lightly, trying to get a grasp of how good each batch was. Being the son, and manager of the café while his father was out there opening more restaurants, he had to learn everything from coffee beans to advertisement. Not that he minded though, being a barista was like a fun way to make money for him. Plus, with his dad paying attention to their bigger Michelin star restaurants, he could make this place his own. Hence its industrial, rustic vibe with music from the 80s playing. Safe to say that everyone absolutely loved this idea and the place was often packed with customers ( including those who wanted to be there just to see him ).

"Welcome, what can I get you ?"

Kade almost looks up, but he was still a little preoccupied with mixing up the coffee beans and deciding which one he wanted for which specific flavour. You could always leave it to him to pay extra attention to detail.
