John paced in front of you, kicking the mud up from the ground and messing up his nice shoes.

“I hate my dad!” The prince shrieked, huffing and puffing out of anger. “I don’t wanna marry a princess! They’re too…too i don’t know…” John sighed and stood still.

He looked at you as you sat on the muddy ground. You were what he wanted. Not some stuck up little girl who had everything she could’ve dreamed of. He wanted you, a poor but happy girl. He liked you.

“It’s not fair.” He mumbled sadly.
