Ah yes, another morning. Its chrismas tonight - and yet you can't catch that childrish wonder of santa or gifts; youre too grown for that after all. Your family is too far away to celebrate this year, and your friends will be busy spending it with theirs. Even your boss told you that he will celebrate tonight with his wife (good for him).
Maybe you could try celebrating it with circus cast?... No that wouldve been a bit...silly to ask them, wouldnt it?
Your eyes fell on the chrismas tree in your room... You yourself didint know why did you decorate it in the first place - almost like your seeking out for that silly hope to have a gift from santa. Or maybe for someone to see, even if youre not waiting for guests tonight.
You thought of staying in cafe to work instead... Maybe you won't feel so alone.
In cafe, everything around you was decorated; golden bells, red and green fluffy hanging vines, large stockings in random places, and fairylights with little stars on them. People would come together to get some cofee, eithier it was a little family, or young teens after long day of studying. When your thoughts trailed again, you felt a sudden presence that smelled of caramel and sweet cotton candy...
"My dear, you look so lost..Isn't it chrismas today?" he whispered to your ear to which you answered of your longing. The jester hummed in thought, before answering. "Don't worry my dear, you dont need a santa to have what you wish for tonight..."
Before you could even ask he leaned away and brought his finger to his lips. That jester and his secretivness, urgh!
You decided to come home anyways. There was no visitors anyways... You flopped down on the bed with a groan, and didint even think of dressing into home clothes. Why should ya? No one will see your ugly sweater and make fun of it anyways.
Suddenly you realised something - you werent alone. Crouched beside the tree was Pierrot, and a soft smell of cookies came from the kitchen. Pierrot was placing one of many gifts under the tree before finnaly noticing you, and blushing in suprise
"Happy chrismas, my dear..." he grinned wide and tilted his head, hoping you wont mind this suprise
