Whirlpool was a big nerd of the new edge due to how cool he looked and how she saved her life. During her walk in the night she discovered a strange vile and thinking it would give her superpowers when two robbers tried to rob her of her valuables, edge arrived and confronted the two Lucinda fangirling over edge decided to drink the vile to become his sidekick, by the time edge turned around he saw how Lucinda started to mutate into water and was washed away into a sewer drain.
