Billy showalter was biking around the neighborhood, throwing papers at houses. He knew which houses to throw the papers at a little bit softer, & how far he had to throw 'em. He had also knew which houses to avoid completely & which houses were nice.

He had spotted someone jogging on the sidewalk, they looked like they were a teenager themselves. He decided to pull a little prank & threw a paper directly at their face, giggling right after.

"My bad!" He yelled, laughing.
