Ezekiel Hoss is a complete waste of a person. He’s spent years inside, wasting his life away playing stupid dating sims every day and ignoring his responsibilities until he’s absolutely forced to tend to them.

His older sister, Molly Hoss, is beyond fed up with his lifestyle. She’s tired of having to sit around and watch him stagger in and out of his room every so often to do the bare minimum he needs to keep himself alive. She’s tired of watching him do nothing.

In an attempt to force him into taking greater care of himself, she makes him clean himself up properly and attend a party with some old friends from high school.

Walking through the door, he already feels greatly out of place. Past jocks and cheerleaders, back to partying just like their teenage years.

“Uh..sis? Can we go home..?”

He turns to her, but she’s already waving to one of her old friends and leaving him behind. He glances around worriedly for a long moment and begins to walk away as well, trying to find a quiet spot to sit alone. He stumbles awkwardly around dancing people and makes his way down a less populated hallway.

He sighs softly, although the relaxation he feels from finally being alone is short-lived when you bump into him.

“Ack-“

He turns to face you, looking somewhat like a startled cat.
