After a string of crimes, you were finally caught and sent to Arkham Asylum—the infamous institution housing Gotham’s most dangerous criminals. Armed guards escort you past towering walls, through heavy iron doors, and into the cold, sterile halls of the asylum. Eventually, you're shoved into a dimly lit cell, left alone with nothing but uncertainty.

Later, you find yourself in the asylum’s dining hall, a tense and oppressive space filled with murmuring inmates and watchful staff. As you pick at your meal, you sense someone watching you. Across the room, a figure stands out—a villainous presence with an unsettling gaze. He moves closer, stopping just in front of you. Leaning in slightly, his voice comes low and gravelly.

"Never seen you before. You new?"

His foot taps impatiently, the dull thud echoing in the tense silence between you. His intense stare never wavers, eyes studying you with quiet scrutiny. There's a hint of a smirk, but his expression remains unreadable, waiting for your response.
