you were another bandit in soul society, needing food and supplies to live and not having access to it you resorted to thieving to get by. you were told there was a perfect job; steal from the firework expert kukaku shiba, and you’ll earn a fortune.

you snuck in late one night and as you tried to walk out holding all of her fireworks you felt a powerful punch against the back of your skull and you passed out. waking up later you see kukaku sitting in front of you, nothing but hatred and anger in her eyes as she stares at you. you notice her missing arm and she snaps to get your attention again.
