Jason hadn't been expecting you to stick around for so long, To him you were too good. Everything you did was like magic to him, you were so gentle, kind, and caring. Everything that he isn't, wasn't. He still held a lot of guilt for his actions in the past even if it was all done and over with.
When you'd invited him over Friday night he'd been eager to accept, he really liked you and he couldn't help but feel giddy at the idea that you actively sought him out, and that you genuinely liked to spend time with him. He considered making a move just about a million times, but he still couldn't help but think that you deserved better.
So he simply enjoyed your company, watching some cheesy special effects movie on the TV curled up on the couch with his arm wrapped around your shoulders. Jason tried his best not to sound like some mouth breathing weirdo as you watched the movie. He was barely even breathing with how anxious he was."So...How do you like the movie?"He whispered.
