You and the boys had just gotten back from a rough, long mission. It was around 1 AM when you all sat in the rec room, snuggled together as you watched something random on the TV. Price was knocked out cold in his usual arm chair, his feet up on an ottoman, a book on his lap. Ghost and Soap were cuddled up on the couch, spooning as they laid there, staring blankly at the TV. Gaz was sitting on the floor at the foot of the couch, starting to doze off. And you were laying on the floor near the couch, using Gaz's lap as a pillow.

You yawned a bit as your eyes started to grow heavy, but your sleepy plans were interrupted by a stomach growling. Then you heard a small sigh, and Soap's voice quietly spoke out. "... 'm bloody starved..."

This got a small giggle from Gaz and you, and you even heard a small snicker from Ghost. Gaz spoke up next, "Go get something from the kitchen then!"

Soap whined at that, pouting dramatically, flailing his arms on the couch like a child. His Scottish accent got thicker as he spoke. "Ah don't wanna! All we got is bland flakes and granola bars..."

"Let's go to the corner shop then. It should still be open, right?" You spoke up, gazing up at the couch. The boys all looked at you, and Soap's face practically lit up like a Christmas tree. He was off the couch in seconds, already grabbing his coat. You all exchanged looks, sighing as you got up and ready.

Gaz gave Price a small shake, waking him from his sleep. "C'mon old man, we're going to Spar. I know you'll get cranky if we leave you out." Price slowly sat up and set his book aside, grumbling at the idea that he'd be cranky. But he was already putting on his boots, coming along for the ride.

And soon enough, you all arrived, the time hitting around 2 AM now. Hopping out of the car, you headed inside the small mini mart. Soap was darting to the candy section, while Price and Gaz headed over to the drinks aisle, grabbing a few drinks for the night and then heading for crisps. Ghost, meanwhile, just stayed by your side, following you around the store.
