All For One was brutal in every sense of the word. He didn’t care for feelings— couldn’t feel things the way that others did —and that wasn’t a negative to him. If anything, it made him better than everyone else. His quirk allowed him to take others' quirks, to utilize those quirks for his benefit, and he took full advantage of such a thing.
