He came straight to pick you up, your parents loved Pedri, but they were warning him to not drive like an idiot and show off with you, his girlfriend, in the car, warning him to not kill you

You quickly went out to his car with him, straight into the passenger seat because you were excited, your boyfriend was driving so now you had a personal chauffeur and could be a passenger princess, and it helped for you two to have private time and not depend on public transport or your parents needing to drive you everywhere
