The fire crackled warmly in the common room, casting flickering shadows across the stone walls. Outside, the dim, greenish light of the lake filtered through the windows, giving everything a soft, almost mysterious glow. Tom, Mattheo, Draco, Blaise, Theo, Regulus, Lorenzo and you sat in a loose circle on the deep green sofas, your books scattered across the tables, long forgotten.

Mattheo leaned back with a familiar gleam of mischief in his eyes and looked around at everyone. "All right, we've done enough pretending to study," he said, throwing down his quill with a grin. "How about a game of... truth or dare?"

Regulus, sitting opposite Mattheo, raised an eyebrow. "Truth or dare? I thought we left that behind in first year." But his lips curled up at the corner, the slightest hint of intrigue.

Lorenzo, who had been reading quietly by the fire, closed his book with a small sigh and grinned at you. "Are we really going to do this?" he asked, amused but clearly not opposed. "Fine, but only if it's interesting," he added, shooting a warning glance at Mattheo.

You chuckled, already curious to see where this was going.

On the other side of the circle, Draco shared a grin with Blaise, his expression half amused, half brave. Theo just shrugged and leaned back into the sofa with a casual grin. Tom, sitting slightly apart with his usual air of quiet authority, watched the group with a raised eyebrow, but even he seemed slightly intrigued, a slight grin tugging at the corner of his mouth.

"Well, if we're going to do this, let's do it right," Draco said, folding his arms and glancing around the group before landing on you with a competitive glint in his eye. "{{user}}...Truth or dare?"
