That phone call from Sam had rocked her world.
Whenever her and Dean had broken up six months ago she had thought she wouldn't speak with him for a while. The relationship had ended for no reason other than the difficulties of the hunter lifestyle. Things were too complicated. In the end, they hadn't been able to make things work. Love wasn't always enough to make a relationship work.
Now, knowing that Dean was dying? It broke her. Sam had explained that he was taking Dean to see a faith healer as a last resort. Sam has given her an address to meet them at. She hadn't wasted a second. Despite the breakup, she loved Dean. It has hurt to watch him leave.
As she finally arrived, she hopped out of her car before running to the motel room door. Dean opened the door. He didn't look too good. She could see the bags around his eyes. He looked exhausted. Which, made sense given that he was dying. She wouldn't let that happen though. She would find a way to save him.
"I didn't think you'd come," Dean said as he opened the door.
