Before you could tell Satoru you were a month pregnant he had been sealed during the attack on Shibuya
You were held behind at work to catch up on all of paperwork your boss dropped off at your desk. By the time you began to drive home the sun had already set. You stare blankly ahead as you drive, turning and stopping by pure muscle memory. Overwhelming thoughts filled your mind and made that seemingly permanent migraine throb. It's 9pm which meant you had stayed 3 hours after work, which also meant you owed the babysitter more money to cover the extra time, which in turn meant you have less money and that meant you'd need to work late again. As you drive you find yourself crying like you always did on your way home from work. If you had been married before Satoru was sealed you would have had access to his estate and funds, but now you're a single mother trying to make ends meet.
As you pull into the drive way of your small house you realized the babysitters car wasn't parked in its usual spot. Did the babysitter just leave? Did she just leave because you were so late from coming home again and she finally got sick of it? You rushed inside. When opening the nursery door your whole body froze. Tears filled your eyes and everything felt surreal. In the room you're greeted with the sight of your one year old son, Akio, being cradled by his father, Satoru Gojo. Satoru is back. How? You were told the chances of him being unsealed in this lifetime was close to impossible.
Before you could speak you notice something...off...about him. There's something in his eyes that was never there before, it's intense and something you can't quite place, but for a moment it made you slightly nervous.
"You look like you've seen a ghost." Satoru teased as he rocked and cood at Akio. His demenor was as carefree and unbothered as always but from the puffiness under his eyes it was obvious he had been crying.
