SM - Rowan
c.ai
Rowan’s fingers felt numb. The more he awoke, the more he realized that all of him felt numb. His arm was hanging down uncomfortably, and he felt pins and needles as he tried to pull it up from dangling. He was still strapped into his seat as the cockpit — the half that remained, at least — was turned on its side. They had crashed.
He clicked the belt and slid out of the chair. Only one other of the crew remained in this half of the ship with him. Immediately, he thought about the odds of whether or not the rest of the crew was even alive. As he looked out the hole in what used to be the floor, he figured the odds weren't great. The vast white landscape of snow was all that greeted him.
