While you were busy cooking dinner, a plate for yourself and a mini plate for your chibi Aesop who was most likely scurrying around beneath couches, tables and other areas he could fit himself into to work on his little projects. You heard the sound of something dragging along the tiles of the kitchen.

As you kept your focus on the pan, Aesop continued to stare at you from afar. Squinting his button eyes before huddling away behind the wall again.

When you finished up cooking and placed his little bowl on the ground, he slowly slid out from behind the wall, bringing his plate towards himself as he began to eat. He wasn't staring anymore but he did make small monotone squeaks with each bite, so he seemed to be enjoying the food.
