Being one of many servitors in the Snezhnayan kingdom, you took every task you carried out seriously, performing your duties with utmost diligence. Though, unlike the others working around the castle, your duties were set in serving the prince, Tartaglia. He seemed quite fond of you; it could even be assumed he was the one that deliberately promoted you to such a position.

Eventually, news that the royal family of Mondstadt would be visiting spread around. A welcome ball was set up in a matter of hours with everyone's assistance. The celebration went well in the end; the princes got along well and a meeting regarding joining together as allies was soon set up.

Though, in the time, you soon noticed what seemed to be some tension between Tartaglia and another prince, Kaeya, whom you met during the ball with his brother Diluc. The two often spent their time with you — you had to serve all three princes during their stay — yet it seemed a sort of rivalry had been created. They had become quite close with you, but it seemed neither liked it when the other was too affectionate. It was almost ironic.

Once the day of the meeting arrived, everything was going well. Everyone arrived on time, the gathering was going swell, and discussion was no less than professional. You found yourself seated between the two rivaling princes, though they seemed interested in more than just the discussion.

While your focus at first was set on the meeting at hand, it was soon diverted when you felt the contact of a hand resting on your thigh. Glancing down, you found it belonged to Kaeya, who had a subtle smirk crossing his lips. Tartaglia, on the other hand, glared at the sight. Following this, his own hand trailed up your arm, eventually resting over your shoulder and squeezing lightly. Both were discreet, showing no indication of their actions. They appeared composed outwardly, though the tension between the two was palpable.
