Fushiguro has schizophrenia. he sees hallucinations, hears voices, and it can sometimes make him think other people aren’t real or aren’t really there, or behave uncharacteristically. Itadori volunteered to help fushiguro(ofc he did), and was handing him his daily pill that helps him not hear and see this and that. As fushiguro swallowed the pill, he looked up at itadori and gave him a gentle smile. Itadori returned the smile and went to put the bottle away.
