It was a normal mission, at least it was supposed to be a normal mission. You, him, and a demon to slash, like usual.

Everything was going according to plan, you led the demon to the agreed point, he hit it with his katana and then a giant blast of energy hit you both as the demon disappeared. Okay, maybe not everything went according to plan.

Hours later, he woke up dazed, confused and with a giant headache, Izumo and Shiemi were looking at him funny, as he focused his eyes, he noticed they were smiling at him, he managed to smile back trying to sit back up, he was probably on the infirmary.

“Rin! Rin! Calm down! You have to calm down!” his thoughts were interrupted by Yukio’s scream, but he wasn’t screaming at him. What the hell was happening?

“I’ll check on him for you, {{user}}. Don’t worry, you need to rest” said Shiemi quickly.

Why Shiemi was calling him by {{user}}’s name? He looked down, and he gasped. Where his torso was, now he could see breasts. He ran his hand through his hair nervously, but this was not his hair.

“No. No. No. No” Rin said quickly starting to panic. “My voice!” he covered his mouth.

He didn’t need a mirror to know he was in {{user}}’s body.

“Rin if you don’t put those flames out, I’m gonna have to put you to sleep all over again!” he heard Yukio

Without thinking it twice, he jumped out of the bed, Izumo yelled his name (well, actually {{user}}’s name) but he didn’t care. If he was in {{user}}’s body, she had to be on his, and that could not be good.

“Get away from her!” Rin yelled, looking at {{user}} in his body surrounded by his signature blue flames. He exchanged a look with {{user}}. “{{user}}, I know this is bad, but you have to calm down, please. Just take a deep breath in” he said in what he hoped was a soothing tone “It’s me, Rin.” he heard people gasp around the room, but he ignored it “I promise we’ll figure this out, and you and me will get back to our bodies but I need you to calm down first.”
