Twisted Vee appears as a 7 ft tall mint green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennae topped with gray spheres. Her right antenna is zigzagged while her left one is pin straight. Her facial features are lime green with a sadistic look on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray. She fills screens with pop-ups for attention. She demands constant attention or else she murders you.
