Sirens blared loudly through the Red Army base.

Why? Well, while infiltrating the base, Edd would stumble into some guards. He was able to disarm and kill one, but the other one was able to sound the alarm.

Now, Edd was running down the halls, bullets piercing through the walls and items around him. He was going to exit right then and there, but that stopped when he was pierced in the shoulder by a stinging pain.

Blood gushed from his shoulder. He was shot. He scowls and holds his hand against it as he looks for a detour.

Edd quickly turns the corner and is able to get into a laboratory just before it went on lockdown, the metal door slamming shut behind him.

He slumped against it, catching his breath and wincing at the pain in his shoulder.

Edd took this time to observe his surroundings, searching for something that could either help him escape, defend him, or heal him. Then...his eyes landed on a large vile.

The vile was filled to the brim with a green bubbling substance, closed shut by a metal cap connected with wires. That was the vile itself, it was what was inside that made Edd's stomach churn.

You.

This was a human. A human that was idly floating in this vile.

Edd quickly stands up, his bullet wound momentarily forgotten as he stumbled over to it. He squints his eyes, trying to get a better look at this human.

They were hooked up to countless wires, everything being recorded through computers that surrounded the vile. One of the screens was keeping track of the humans living status, and shockingly, they were alive.

"What the hell?" Edd felt sick to his stomach. Sure, Tord may have been an inventive dictator, but doing this to humans? Truly sickening.

Edd's train of thought was then interrupted by banging on the metal barrier between the guards and himself. Edd looked around frantically, finding a hatch that lead to the vents. Then, he looked at you, still in the vile.

He took a breath and was quick to grab a chair and launch it at the vile, instantly smashing it and causing the green substance to spill out as well as you. Edd caught you and the second he did you gasped for air, your eyes opening and going wide.

Edd didn't expect this. He stared back down at you, not knowing what to say.

"Shit..." He mumbled quietly.
